Alexandra Scott, LICSW
Meet Alexandra Scott. Infectiously known as “Al,” she is a warm, grounded, and experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker whose goal is dedicated to supporting and walking with individuals and their families through their current season of life. Al obtained her Master’s degree in Social Work from LSU where she found her passion for working with individuals and their support systems through the lens of mental health and resource allocation. ​
With over seven years of experience within the field, Al has worked within various settings and amongst various populations to gain her current knowledge and clinical skills to provide individual and family therapy. She has experience with seeing those affected by anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, grief and loss, behavior management, suicidal ideations, and desire for self-harm. Al takes a Systems Approach toward each client in which she recognizes that individuals are impacted by and can impact those around them.
