Tess Bouvier, LPC
Tess specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting, and life transitions. She honors helping children, teens, and adults navigate life's many turns and surprises. Together you'll work on meeting your personal goals, exploring your past and how it has shaped you, and collaborate to work through anxieties, stressors, and the unknown.

Tess truly believes in the power of safe space, where you can figure things out together in a neutral and warm environment. No two people are the same, and she values one's diversity and cultural makeup. For this reason, she'll create a tailored plan of therapy that is individualized and personal using a variety of creative treatment modalities.

With over 20 years of experience in the counseling field, a masters in community and agency counseling from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and specialized training in play therapy, substance abuse, Theraplay, EMDR, attachment and crisis intervention, Tess has supported many individuals with their mental health needs.
