Tiffany Shelnut, ALC

Tiffany Shelnut is a dedicated counselor who earned her bachelor's degree in psychology and her master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from LeTourneau University. She specializes in trauma, substance use, and co-occurring mental health challenges, and is deeply committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. 

Tiffany takes a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to counseling, tailoring her work to meet each individual's unique needs and experiences. She has provided services across inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities clients face at various stages of care. 

Currently pursuing a doctoral degree with a focus on trauma therapy from Liberty University, Tiffany remains dedicated to ongoing professional growth and evidence-based practice. She is passionate about walking alongside clients as they build resilience, foster healing, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. 

Tiffany is practicing under the supervision of Lauren Kasi Freeman, LPC-S.
