Kayle Lucas, LMSW
Meet Kayle Lucas, a therapist who believes that counseling is a sacred space and opportunity for you to be heard and respected. Kayle is grounded in the belief that people can be motivated towards achieving positive psychological functioning.
Her expertise includes working with eating disorders, complex trauma (child abuse, interpersonal violence, and sexual violence) as well as concerns with depression, suicidal ideation, and self-harm. She finds it is best to have a diverse understanding of theories, and she incorporates a variety of therapeutic principles and philosophies to create the best treatment to meet your needs. She also welcomes and enjoys incorporating creativity into therapy like music-related interventions to affect meaningful change in the lives of those she serves. Kayle works to empower you!
Kayle holds a Master's in Social Work from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Montevallo.
